Nicaragua
We work primarily with small 1st tier co-ops who have been thoroughly vetted by a US Foundation with a 30yr presence in Nicaragua. One of the outstanding qualities we found amongst the farmers was their continued passion for farming and for coffee. We are working with groups to heal their soils and bring back older varieties such as Caturra and Bourbon as well as rarer varieties like Pacamara and Margogype.
